I've lost my account. What do I do?

No panic! We can help you finding your old progress. Simply contact us and share with us the following information when you open a ticket.

  • The player ID of the account you are looking for
  • Account Level (you can give us a range if you are unsure)
  • The last device used with the account (brand and model)
  • The name of the account you are looking for
  • Any purchases on the account. (If yes, you can get the receipts from these links for iOS orders/Android orders and share them with us).
