Why can’t I collect lower level pumpkins in The Great Pumpkin Palooza Event?

The event encourages you to maximize points by creating as many Level 10 pumpkins as possible.

Points are collected by:

1. Merging Young Blossoms to create new pumpkin levels. Each pumpkin you create awards points.

2. Creating the final level Pumpkin Carriage (earns 10 points).

3. Tapping the Pumpkin Carriage to collect an additional 20 points.
